How much does it cost?
Admission is $9.00. Skate rental is $3.00.

Can I bring my own skates?
Yes. You would only pay the $9.00 admission.

Are Season Passes Available?
Yes, season passes will be available for purchase at WBT's Holiday on Ice for $50 per person. They are $40 if you have your own skates.

Is there a limit to how long I can skate?
No. The admission is good for the entire day.

Can I leave and come back later that same day?
Yes. Just keep your admission ticket and you can return the same day.

How often do they re-surface the ice?
The ice is cleaned multiple times a day, check the daily schedule upon arrival.

What if I can't skate and just want to watch?
There is no charge to watch! There are many areas available for you to watch in our viewing area.

Why does a waiver need to be signed?
Everyone who skates must sign a waiver accepting a skate at your own risk policy. Children under the age of 16 must have an adult sign the waiver on their behalf. Click here if you would like to pre-sign.

Are there age restrictions for small children?
No. Children range in abilities. You should judge for yourself your own child's ability.

If my child cannot skate, can I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately there is no way to identify or differentiate.

My child would like to skate but I can't. Can I go on the ice with him/her?
No. No one is allowed on the ice without wearing skates.

Do you carry all sizes of skates?
Skates are available from children's size 9 up to adult size 13. Skate sizes will not always match shoe sizes. Our employees will help you identify a size that's right for you.

Do you have skates for both men and women?
All skates are unisex.

Do you sharpen skates?
Yes. There is a $5.00 fee to have your own skates sharpened.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check. ATM is located at the adjacent building.

Is Food and Beverage available?
Yes. A variety of food, soda, water and hot chocolate are available at the rink's concession booth during the it's open hours. Buffalo Wild Wings is adjacent to the ice rink, plus there are a wide range of restaurants in the immediate area.

What type of clothing should I wear?
The ice rink is outdoors and therefore you should plan to dress warm enough to sustain being outside in the daily conditions. Socks, gloves and hats are recommended regardless of the conditions. Should you forget any of these items, they will be available for purchase at the skatehouse.

What if I don't enjoy being out in the cold?
Not a problem, Buffalo Wild Wings is located adjacent to the ice rink to keep you warm!

Are there restrooms available?
Yes. However you cannot access them while wearing skates. You must remove your skates before going to the restroom.

Can you accommodate small and large groups?

Can I take the LYNX Lightrail to Holiday on Ice?
Yes, Take the LYNX Lightrail to uptown and get off at 3rd and Convention Center. Walk South on 3rd Street. Make a Right on Brevard Street. Holiday on Ice is located at the corner of Brevard and MLK, at The NASCAR Hall of Fame Plaza.
